Nyssa Brown, Music Ed Forward, will be facilitating the daily practices, drawing from her years of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, music teaching, and facilitating teacher learning in schools. NOTE: While practices are crafted specifically for teachers, many practices can be used with PK-12 students, as well.
