By purchasing and accessing this course, you (“Student” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the course.


1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, templates, audio, transcripts, and community resources (“Content”), are the exclusive intellectual property of Music Ed Forward/Nyssa Brown Curriculum Design and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your individual educational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, display, sell, or otherwise exploit the Content in any form without the prior express written consent of Music Ed Forward/Nyssa Brown Curriculum Design.
  • Any unauthorized use or distribution may result in suspension or termination of access, legal action, and/or financial damages.

2. Access & Accounts

  • Access is granted to the individual purchaser only.
  • Sharing login credentials, downloading with intent to redistribute, or otherwise providing access to non-purchasers is strictly prohibited.
  • If unauthorized access is detected, your account may be suspended or terminated without refund.

3. Refund Policy

Because the Course Playbook and accompanying resources form the core of this program and are delivered in full immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you gain instant access to proprietary materials owned by Music Ed Forward/Nyssa Brown Curriculum Design and therefore waive any right to request a refund.

4. Disclaimer

The course and Content are provided for educational purposes only and on an “as is” basis. Music Ed Forward/Nyssa Brown Curriculum Design makes no warranties, express or implied, and does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, revenue, or professional advancement. You are solely responsible for how you apply the concepts and strategies presented.

5. Enforcement

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and pursuit of all available legal and equitable remedies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Netherlands, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Ed Forward/Nyssa Brown Curriculum Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; any loss of income, revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities; or any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the Content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Music Ed Forward/Nyssa Brown Curriculum Design, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the course, your misuse of the Content, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and accessing the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
